Assistant Telecare Operations Manager
Our client is looking for an Assistant Telecare Operations Manager. The successful candidate will deliver management to assisted living technology support and be responsible for management, support and motivation through continual development.
They will administrate the Telecare call handling system including access permissions, user configuration, stock management and regular bespoke trend reports for internal and external use. They will build and develop relationships and associated process in collaboration with internal and external providers and stakeholders, including liaising with and assisting health & social care professionals and support the ongoing development and implementation of operational and information technology systems supporting the regular collation and publication of performance standards against pre-defined Key Performance indicators.
