Assistant Property Manager Contract Full Time

Assistant Property Manager based in Redditch and the rate is £21.00 per hr

This is a full time temporary role

This role will involve:

• To effectively manage the day to estate management of the property portfolio.
• To manage all landlord and tenant matters regarding building and land assets, including appropriate action in respect of lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews.
• To manage the acquisition and disposal of land and property as and when required.
• To manage to the income from the property portfolio, ensuring systems are in place to accurately monitor and control debt recovery.
• To manage and maintain asset records associated with the statutory obligations and local requirements in respect of land and properties.

Ideally candidates will have:

• Member of, or working towards qualification with MRICS or FRICS.
• Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
