Assistant Director of Housing Management needed in West London Paying  £430.83 per day ref 005237

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Providing strategic leadership to the Housing Management Division, serving 17,000 homes

• Leading and implementing the Housing Strategy and related initiatives

• Driving value from procurement and ensuring effective financial management

• Offering strategic and operational leadership for housing services and investment

• Fostering a performance culture focused on resident satisfaction

• Understanding legislative contexts and ensuring effective service delivery

• Managing homelessness prevention, supported housing, and temporary accommodation

• Representing the organization in relationships with contractors and stakeholders

• Developing positive relationships with stakeholders to improve services

• Promoting a commercial approach to asset management and value for money

• Coaching and mentoring staff, recruiting, and nurturing talent

• Ensuring compliance with key policies and effective financial management

• Promoting equalities and inclusion across all services
