Full time hours on a temporary basis

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and assessments of our assets, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and value of our asset portfolio.

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Asset Surveys: Perform detailed surveys and inspections of assets, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
  2. Data Collection and Reporting: Accurately collect data and prepare comprehensive reports on asset conditions, valuations, and recommendations for maintenance or improvements.
  3. Asset Management: Assist in the development and implementation of asset management plans and strategies.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all surveys and assessments comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on asset conditions and management plans.
  6. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with assets and recommend mitigation strategies.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes and systems.
