Asset Information Manager Contract Full Time

Asset Information Manager based in Kensington and the rate is £350.00 per day PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

 This role will involve: 

• To develop and maintain all databases relevant to the work of the Assets and Regeneration department to provide such management information as is necessary for informed decisions and actions to be taken.
• To be responsible for producing statistical reports and performance indicators concerning the property portfolio and stock condition and provide a high level of customer service in the prompt and accurate retrieval of information.
• Ensure that all databases are updated as further surveys are carried out and information becomes available in respect of completed planned maintenance and capital programme works.
• Use the databases to produce reports for internal and external stakeholder as required, including the production of reports and key performance indicators for submission to Central Government and other agencies. Ensure that all of the data can be validated for audit purposes.
• Assist in the production of annual statistical data for statutory returns.
