Assessment Centre Assistant needed in Ellesmere Port £9.81ph PAYE – Reference:5185320
This role will involve:
To have a working knowledge of current Housing Benefit/Council Tax Reduction Scheme/ Free School Meals and Social Care Charging regulations, policies and procedures.
Calculate weekly charges based on social care customers’ personal financial information and confirm in writing to ensure customers are informed of their current charge for services and the terms of trade
Complete necessary administrative tasks relating to payments to external providers to ensure that contractual obligations are met, invoices are paid in accordance with the client’s financial regulations and that customer invoices are generated accurately and on time.
Maintain customers’ records accurately via on-line computer systems, complying with Data Protection, Freedom of Information and other security standards.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
