Area Manager Full Time Temporary

Area Manager needed in Beverley £24.70 PAYE – Reference: 5204892

This role will involve:

• To provide effective supervision and maintain management development needs of a number of teams in the service.
• To produce service plans which are linked to the Children’s and Young People’s plan, monitor performance of the service and identify and achieve locally agreed targets.
• To plan, manage and develop a full range of social care services for children, young people and families in line with the strategic aims and objectives.
• To ensure that children, young people and their families are fully consulted and actively involved in the development of services.
• To manage and maintain systems and strategies for the delivery of cost effective care packages in accordance with equitable application of established eligibility criteria and to direct resources in light of need and eligibility.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
