Area Estates Manager needed in Walthamstow

The rate is £38.76ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will lead, plan, develop and deliver an expert professional service within the Estates Management service undertaking the management of the non-residential properties including lease renewals, rent reviews, rent collection and debt recovery together with the annual programme of asset valuations required by statute.

The role may also involve managing the council’s managing agents.

Must be a qualified chartered surveyor

Substantial post qualification experience of undertaking similar work in a similar sized complex organisation delivering all aspects of Estates and Property Management.
