Applications Analyst Full Time Temporary

Applications Analyst needed in Exeter (remote working) paying £14.86 per hr PAYE ref: 7333

This role is full time on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

• The system is called Civica Cx. It’s a new system replacing APP
• Experience of configuring database systems is the ideal thing we need
• Some knowledge of azure and sql would also be helpful
• Applications Support: Developing, supporting and managing all aspects of Applications support for the whole of Trading Standards Services
• Developing and managing all aspects of the creation, adoption and implementation process for Applications, including setting and maintaining configuration standards, contributing to strategies, evaluating and selecting new products, producing and maintaining documentation on standards and processes, allocating and managing work packages with other ICT staff and third parties, ensuring all work is carried out within agreed service levels
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for all aspects of the Applications environment within agreed service levels and in accordance with ICT Department processes, allocating incidents to other ICT staff and 3rd parties for resolution where appropriate.
• Performing regular audits and checks to ensure standards are maintained, identify and recommend enhancements to security.
