Allocations Officer/ Housing Register Based in Esher and the salary is £15.77ph PAYE
This is a full time temporary role.
This role will involve:
To administer the Housing Register and ensure compliance with the Elmbridge SEARCH Moves Allocations Policy including all assessment validation and verification of applications.
To maintain all system databases so they are up to date, loading or publishing properties on to Locata for SEARCH Moves advertising. To monitor or place bids for applicants or set up auto bidding. To shortlist households in accordance with policy and to provide nomination details to Registered Providers following verification within target timeframe and to monitor until properties are let.
To conduct home visits for clients on the Housing Register to confirm details are correct, to confirm property information and to carry out processes for medical assessment. To apply disqualification or demotions to applications.
