Allocations & Letting Officer needed in Ilford paying  £20 per hr ref OR2648

Full time hours on a temporary basis

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Part 6 allocations and lettings, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the allocations process for available properties, ensuring compliance with Part 6 regulations.
• Conduct assessments and interviews with prospective tenants to determine eligibility and suitability.
• Coordinate viewings and facilitate the letting process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to allocations and lettings.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize the lettings process and enhance resident satisfaction.
