Allocations & Lettings Officer needed in Ilford
The rate is £20.00ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will lead on the management and coordination between all stakeholders of void properties and act as lead officer in ensuring that resident satisfaction is maximised, void times are kept to a minimum and that void performance meets corporate targets.
They will ensure outgoing tenants fulfil their obligations under the tenancy, In particular by the correct termination of tenancy and dealing with rechargeable repair items and will assist in the quality control of repairs to empty homes, feeding back information to Asset Management.
