Adult Social Care Solicitor needed in Bournemouth Paying  £23.70 per hr ref 5265622

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Job Description:

  • Provide legal advice and conduct case work related to mental capacity and Adult Social Care law.
  • Represent the Adult Social Care department in legal matters.
  • Advise on Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act matters, including ordinary residence, continuing health care, and s.117 aftercare.
  • Work within a team of solicitors and legal assistants.

  Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in Adult Social Care law.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and court processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
