Adult Social Care Debt Lawyer needed in Ilford Paying  £53.57 per hr ref 1711

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of adult social care debt recovery matters from instruction to resolution
  • Draft and negotiate legal documents including claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements
  • Provide legal advice to council departments and contribute to governance reports
  • Represent the authority in hearings and undertake advocacy where appropriate
  • Collaborate with finance and social care teams to develop recovery strategies
  • Support traded income work and contribute to service commercial objectives
