Administration Officer / Reception needed in Bolton £9.99ph PAYE – Reference:0003 D6C9 / 1
This is working Part time hours on a temporary contract basis
Ideally have a current Enhanced DBS in date.
Shift 1: Monday – 8.00am – 4.30pm (minus 1/2 hour lunch)
Tuesday-Friday – 2.00 – 5.00pm = 20 hours in total
Shift 2: Monday – 4.30 – 9.00pm
Tuesday-Thursday – 5.00 – 9.00pm
Friday 5.00 – 8.30pm = 20 hours in total
The shifts will alternate each week.
Candidates will ideally be enthusiastic, approachable and have the ability to communicate effectively with young people aged between 4-19yrs which could include conflict and challenging behaviour. You must ideally be resilient, a problem solver, a team player and be able to work on your own initiative. It is a very busy reception.
