Administration Assistant based in Portsmouth and the rate is £9.50ph PAYE

Acting as the first point of contact with customers, who attend a reception area seeking advice and help. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the nature of each customer’s enquiry (triaging) to determine where the enquiry needs to be passed on to
They will manage the ‘queue’, and ensure customers waiting to meet with an Assessment and Advice Officer understand where they are in the queue. Updating customer records, where information is provided of a change of contact details and providing basic information and advice about other services that can provide help with a customer’s particular enquiry.
