Admin Support Assistant Full Time Temporary

Admin Support Assistant needed in Haringey paying £13.39 per hr PAYE – Reference:491275

This role will involve:

• To provided business support to ensure that the service enables service users to maintain their well-being, safety and independence through the provision of assistive technology.
• To provide contact capability for the service, liaising with service users, family members and care and health professionals to ensure that appointments are made and queries are responded to as appropriate.
• To assist the Digital Care service by implementing, maintaining and monitoring the administration functions and records which support the provision of an effective and efficient end to end Assistive Technology process.
• To obtain and record accurate information from a variety of sources in order to enable decisions to be made on appropriateness, priority and eligibility for Assistive Technology.
• To support desk based assessments and process the direct provision of equipment indicated from the desk based assessment or external prescriber.
• To record and maintain information within any relevant software applications relating to the delivery of the service.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
