This is a 4 month placement May-Aug, 22hrs per week with potential for contract extension. Largely home based but with minimal office attendance on occasion. Admin officer to work as Regulatory Services Support Officer to deal with service requests and complaints from the public and businesses and log cased on system database with correct coding. To produce letters and forms as required. To provide an excellent service to all customers contacting the Environmental Health Service(EHS) and the Street Management Service(SMS). To provide specialist advice to customers and support to members of the Environmental health Teams – primarily providing support to Food Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Protection, Street Management, Pest Control and Dog Control Service |
