Adaptations Officer needed in Wigan £13.47 per hr ref 0005 9F13 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

 This role will involve:

• Initial feasibility and design of adaptations and/or improvement works
• Site supervision and monitoring of contractors engaged to complete adaptations and/or improvement works
• Agreeing scope of works and variations and processing paperwork to confirm additional works
• Processing and authorising of invoices
