Accountancy Assistant Full Time Temporary

Accountancy Assistant needed in Worcester £10.41 per hr PAYE – Reference:494573

This role will involve:

• To be the first point of contact for telephone queries from suppliers and clients regarding payment of invoices, ensuring queries are resolved or redirected as appropriate.
• To sort and organise daily post including dealing with post rejections.
• To monitor the Invoices mailbox and ensure all invoices are processed within agreed timescales.
• To assist with Supplier record approvals, rejections and amendments as instructed by the Accounts Team Supervisor
• To assist with payment quality and incorrect payments process.
• To ensure factoring company queries are resolved or redirected as appropriate.
• To review and process logged supplier invoice transactions and monitor associated queries.
• To monitor and process Supplier reminder letters

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
