Christmas Office Hours and Payroll Deadlines


So you can concentrate on your time off over this Christmas period, this information has been provided so each employee knows when to submit their working hours.

Please read carefully and call us if you have any questions


Monday 10th December to Friday 14th December

  • We will run a normal payroll this week and payment will be as normal the following week.

Monday 17th December to Friday 21st December

  • Again we will be open for normal office hours this week. (9am to 5pm each day)
  • We will require all hours to be submitted on or before the morning of Friday 21st December.

Monday 24th December

  • Normal office hours for Payroll Staff and Recruiters

Tuesday 25th  December

  • Bank Holidays- Office Closed

Thursday 27th December and Friday 28th December

  • Staff including payroll will be in usual hours to assist with any issues
  • If you are working this week please submit your hours ASAP, so they can be processed to ensure you get paid the following week

Monday 31st December

  • Normal office hours for Payroll Staff and Recruiters

Tuesday 1st January 2019

  • Bank Holiday- Office Closed

Wednesday 2nd January 2019

  • Normal office hours will resume



If you are going to be off during the Festive weeks then please call us as soon as possible with your holiday requirements. We can
then make note of these and set-up your holiday pay for this period without any delays.

Please ensure that when you give your hours to us either by email or over the phone let us know when your first day back after the holiday period will be.

Please remember it is always your responsibility to submit your hours and we will not be chasing people over the Christmas period as all our recruiters need a hard earned rest.

We will be in the office over the holidays periodically and a voicemail facility will be in operation.
