Chelsey Mawman Attains her CertRP

We are pleased to announce another success story at Essential Employment as Recruitment Consultant Chelsey Mawman has attained her REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP).
The qualification which is run by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) provides recruiters with an industry-recognised qualification at the QCF level 3, which is equivalent to A-Levels on the government framework. The qualification sets Essential’s team apart and has content that the REC has based on extensive industry feedback, building knowledge and skills around the fundamentals of recruitment.
The course comprised of six units which are studied over three months before sitting the exam in February 2019.
Managing Director, Verity Howson, was delighted with Chelsey’s hard work. “The syllabus and exam are difficult and require dedication to achieve success. Chelsey has combined her full time role with a lot of hard work to achieve this result. We are all delighted for her!”
Chelsey adds, “Completing the CertRP qualification has been an opportunity to learn more about the industry I work in, whilst gaining an industry recognised qualification. The course is challenging and I feel like I have learnt so much that will benefit me in the future. ”
