IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician needed in Lewes Paying  £15.59 per hr ref 6732

Full time hours n a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-line technical support via phone, email, and in person.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests using the Service Desk system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or third-line support when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with users of all technical levels.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
• Assist with system updates, backups, and routine maintenance tasks.
