Niall Altimas Has Double Celebration
Posted on 7th Jul, 2017 |
We are proud to announce that Recruitment Consultant, Niall Altimas, has recently passed his Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Cert RP) and become one of the youngest recruiters in the history of the qualification.
Historically, this exam has seen the most senior recruiters struggle in the past and Niall was just 18 years of age when he sat his final assessment. His results came four days before his 19th birthday, making sure he had a double celebration!
Designed by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the course comprised six units which are studied over 12 months before sitting a final exam. The modules cover sales, legal & ethical requirements, relationship management, recruitment operations, assessing people and understanding the recruitment market.
All the recruiters at Essential Employment have now embarked upon and passed their level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice QCF (Cert RP). The course is ideal for all recruiters and support staff and the regulated qualification helps to increase personal effectiveness and expand knowledge, helping the team add value to the services we provide clients and candidates alike. The course is delivered by the IRP and the qualification is awarded by the REC.
At Essential Employment, we take great pride in investing in our people through training and development so when the opportunity arose for our recruiters to gain a professional qualification, we were delighted to receive such a positive response.
Verity Howson, Managing Director, is delighted with the results. “We have made sure that there are no boundaries at Essential Employment for people with enthusiasm and drive and the business is committed to supporting all our staff with training and development.
“I am so impressed with Niall’s dedication. He has put so much of his own time into studying whilst still performing his day-to-day role. I am absolutely sure that Niall’s success will benefit both himself and the candidates and clients that he helps. Well done Niall!”
