Senior Engineer Contract Full Time

Senior Engineer  Based in Bradford and the salary is £38.96ph PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

This role will involve:

• To oversee all events taking place during weekdays, evenings and weekends at all venues providing an active senior presence.
• To ensure that all appropriate hire fees, catering waiver and damage deposit fees have been received and cleared through the accounts receivable, in accordance to the Terms and Condition of Hire.
• To assimilate, coordinate and collate both client and venue requirements pertaining to the event including final floor plans, AV requirements, security and visitor flow plans, events license, risk assessment and catering details.
• To work in partnership with the sales and marketing team to ensure the successful delivery of the client’s event once onsite and to organise client production meetings prior to their event where appropriate.
• Supplying Conference and Events, Front of House and Operational staff with the client’s detailed logistics, thus ensuring client’s requirements are met during their period of occupancy.
