Experience
- Design and maintenance of heating, cooling and ventilation systems, including fault diagnosis.
- Leading and participating in multi-disciplinary teams
- Effective budget monitoring
- Working with staff at all levels of the organisation and developing effective relationships with relevant people, groups, department and companies
- Management of contractors on site
- Financial and analytical skills to ensure that works and design services costs are accurately interpreted
- Site health & safety and awareness of CDM requirements
- Ability to draw conclusions and make sound decisions based on data analysed
- Ability to use monitoring systems and processes to meet desired outcomes
- Ability to use quality assurance systems to enhance the quality of service standards
- Written and oral skills for effective communication to all levels of the organisation and other stakeholders
- A clear understanding of processes and procedures working within a Mechanical and Electrical Section
- An understanding of the way that the Mechanical and Electrical Section relates to the other sections within Technical Services
