If you are unsure what wages to offer we can conduct a salary survey in your area to find out what the going rate is - allowing you to make an informed decision on what to offer. We also have an extensive database of candidates, with whom we maintain regular contact and our consultants can proactively promote vacancies directly to the best potential applicants.
We organise the interviews and conduct skills testing pre or post interview if required - then we provide client and candidates with constructive post-interview feedback.
Our consultants help to negotiate on behalf of client and candidate so both are happy with the remuneration on offer, the contract, start date etc and ensure both parties are 100% clear about what they expect from one another.
At agreed timescales we keep in touch with clients and candidates to get feedback on how things have progressed. We want to ensure we have genuinely done our job and both sides are happy with their new partnership.
