Umbrella Companies
Some of our workforce choose to go through an umbrella company rather than our own PAYE payroll scheme.
All audited suppliers have passed our compliance checks and we would always recommend that you take financial advice before making a decision.
You are free to choose other umbrella companies but please tell them that we will have to run our checks before they can be used.
Please note: we will not consider working with an umbrella who is not FCSA or Professional Passport accredited.
Company Timesheet
Here’s our company timesheet if you don’t have an e-timesheet system to use.
Most of our clients use the e-timesheet facility so speak to your consultant if you are unsure on which to use.
New Starter Checklist
The P46 is no more! If you are starting work with us you will need to fill in HMRC’s Starter Checklist if your P45 has not arrived from your last employer or the Jobcentre if you were unemployed.

COVID-19 Isolation Note

Please then send a copy of the note to our Payroll team. If you are paid via an umbrella please contact your umbrella company for guidance.
