The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide the highest standard of customer service and assist the people of Lancashire at first point of contact for all aspects of enquiry.

Key Accountabilities

1. Sensitively and efficiently assist customers by resolving enquiries and making appropriate referrals as necessary, delivering a flexible and responsive service in line with the needs of the business. 2. Be fully proficient in the use of telephony and ICT systems typically used in a large customer contact centre environment. 3. Be polite and professional at all times in possibly difficult, stressful and challenging situations. 4. To own individual enquiries, complaints and customer requests.
